Our History
Prescott Family Health Team is a non-profit organization that began as a single physician’s practice in 1968 (under the guidance of the late Dr. Gunvant Bhatt).
In July 2004, we received the Family Health Network (FHN) status, followed by Family Health Organization (FHO).
In 2007, we received Family Health Team (FHT) status, and we now serve our patients with a team of three physicians and other IHP staff.

Mission
To improve the quality of life for our patient population by expanding and improving primary care resources available to the community, with a particular emphasis on patient-focused programs and services that address the most complex and prevalent patient needs.
Our Team
We are a group of healthcare professionals who work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive, accessible healthcare clinic in Prescott. An interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers provides services.
