OUR SERVICES
Prescott Family Health Team (PFHT) and the Prescott Family Medical Associates (PFMA) provide a wide variety of acute and episodic care at both clinics, examples include: annual physical assessments, MTO assessments (driver’s medical examinations), camp physicals, Prenatal and Well Baby Care, routine gynecologic care, diagnostic laboratory services, income support counseling and nutritional counseling with access to the Healthy Lifestyles Group.
Physical Assessments
A physical examination, medical examination, or clinical examination is the process by which a medical professional investigates the patient for signs of illness and disease.
Prenatal and Well Baby Care
Both clinics offer prenatal and well baby care.
Acute and Episodic Care
Other healthcare services provided at both clinics include: re-assessments and follow-ups, allergy shots, ear syringing, sore throat assessments, various injections, vaccinations, wound care, suture removal, wart removal and BP monitoring.
Diagnostic LABoratory Services
Prescott clinic provides diagnostic lab services for the convenience of our patients, allowing access to the following tests; blood, urine, pregnancy, pulmonary function (PFTs) and electrocardiograms (ECGs).
Laboratory Hours:
Mon - Thurs 08:00-11:30 am & 1:00-3:00pm.
