PROGRAM Description

The Weight Management Program provides education; self-management and skills training offering timely access for people struggling with weight issues who may be at risk of developing health issues and/or chronic disease. Current guidelines for self-managing weight recommend the combination of individualized dietary and lifestyle modifications, focusing on improving eating habits and lifestyle changes.

Goal

To ensure early identification and treatment, reduce morbidity and improve quality of life.
